Joe I. Gattis, PE graduated from Texas A&M University in 1996 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and became licensed in 2003. Since the inception of GATTIS Engineering in 2004, Mr. Joe I. Gattis has strived to provide sound engineering expertise and strong project management throughout the project completion to achieve maximum potential and cost effectiveness for a project. With GATTIS Engineering being a small firm allows for a significantly greater design focus, dedication and response time to all of the issues that occur with any project.
